Overview: loop earth is the first building of the loop precinct to be completed. Finished in June of 2012, loop earth is an exclusive development that features passive solar design to achieve the highest possible green ratings.

Energy efficient and renewable technologies were installed to achieve the optimal environment for sustainable functionality. This includes roof mounted solar panels, high performance window glazing, water conservation and the use of low impact building materials.

loop earth also uses recycled materials on the façade including old railway tracks which came from Wagga Wagga, NSW as well as recycled wood pieces reclaimed from an old ship in Queensland.
